Perfect Your Shooting Through Practice
FarleyWest Clay Practice
Clay pigeon practice in Scotland
Perfect your shooting through practice!
Known to his friends as CFW, Chris Farley-West is offering shooting practice every week at shooting grounds around Perthshire, Angus, Fife and Selkirkshire. “The Practice” entails Skeet, Sporting and Compak targets.
CFW encourages you to take your shooting lessons from an official and qualified instructor, if needed, and then he strongly suggests that you come along and join him either for a “one to one” practice or team up with a small squad to practice and perfect your various target techniques.
” The more I practice the luckier I get! “
Clay shooting, like many other sports, is a mind game and your mental approach needs to be examined which includes concentration and confidence building – but at the same time getting maximum fun and enjoyment.
Equally, if visiting Scotland and you would like to practice your clay targets during your stay, then you can call CFW and enjoy his professional hospitality.

About CFW
CFW has been shooting clay targets and game for over 30 years. In the 1990s he was mentored by some of the great clay shooters of our time, such as George Digweed, Edith Barnes, John Heagren, A J Smith and other great clay shooting legends.
Over the past 30 years CFW has shot in International competitions around the world such as Belgium, France, Cyprus, Dubai, Zimbabwe, New Zealand and of course many times in the USA. He has shot regularly with the GB Team throughout this time in both Sporting and FITASC (The Federation Internationale de Tir aux Armes Sportives de Chasse) competitions. CFW has amassed considerable experience and personal achievements in this time. Now residing near Perth in Scotland, CFW takes great pleasure in supporting his shooting fraternity at home.
Services
For those who do not know CFW, Chris has no Clay Pigeon Shooting Association (CPSA) or Scottish Clay Target Association (SCTA) Instructor’s Certificates and is not a member of the Institute of Clay Shooting Instructors. Rather, if after you have had your expert shooting lesson or instructions, whether it be at clay targets or live game, both of which require the understanding of how these two quite different disciplines work, and you are asking yourself:-
“Whom do I contact and where can I go for friendly advice and to get some helpful practice to improve my shooting?”
Call and arrange to meet CFW and see what suits you:
